Breaking Cycles of Poverty and Illiteracy

In Kenya, access to high school education is often limited to those with monetary means, and in Baringo County, many adolescent girls are subjected to Female Genital Mutilation and forced into polygamous marriages, further limiting their opportunities. Kingdom Builders International Ministries (KBIM) is committed to addressing these issues and supporting vulnerable girls.

KBIM aims to facilitate sponsorships that enable girls to attend high school and achieve their dreams. We connect each girl with a personal sponsor who provides monetary, psychological, and spiritual support, allowing them to focus on their education and achieve their full potential. We believe that education is a powerful tool for empowerment and positive change.

Moreover, the Pokot tribe faces significant challenges in education and literacy, with many children lacking access to elementary schools. KBIM is working to establish schools to provide children with quality education and help break the cycle of poverty and illiteracy. We believe that investing in education can create a brighter future for the Pokot tribe.

Many communities we serve have limited access to education, and our new schools represent a significant step forward in providing opportunities for growth and development. However, there is still much work to be done, and without access to quality education, these communities will continue to face challenges.
We believe that education is a fundamental right that can unlock the potential of individuals and communities. By partnering with us, you can help bring about generational change and provide much-needed resources such as school supplies and infrastructure development. Your support can make a lasting impact on the lives of the Pokot tribe and other communities in the surrounding region. Join us in our mission to provide access to quality education and empower children and communities to build a better future.

“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” James 1:27

Nangarua Church School

KBIM’s church project at Nangarua Church has been instrumental in the establishment of an elementary school, as a place to teach the community’s youth. KBIM provided 25 desks for the nearly 50 students currently enrolled and 2 blackboards to support their education. Additionally, KBIM is launching a feeding program to nourish the young learners during their school day. While this initiative is already making a positive impact, many more schools and communities still require assistance. By partnering with us, you can contribute to generational change by supporting education and development efforts in these underserved areas, empowering individuals, and transforming the communities.

Chemwatit Church School

The launch of a new school at Chemwatit Church is an exciting development for this, especially for the young minds who now have the opportunity to receive an education. The importance of this new school cannot be overstated. It represents a significant step forward for the community and has the potential to bring about lasting positive changes.

Education is a powerful tool that can empower individuals and communities to break cycles of poverty and inequality. By providing access to education, the new school at Chemwatit Church is giving the children of the Pokot community a chance to gain knowledge, skills, and opportunities that can help them build a better future for themselves and their families.
